Stephen Williamson - Partner, JP, B.Com., CA

Stephen moved to Pukekohe in 1986 from a Chartered Accountant Practice where he specialised in auditing some of New Zealand's major Public Companies.  A fast growing International Partnership Touche Ross was established.  In 1990, a series of international mergers occurred and the opportunity was taken to make the Pukekohe office a stand alone operation.

In 1994 Stephen decided it was time to form a new independent practice for the benefit of the local staff and clients.  We are proud that we have a wide diversity of clients, from farming to SME's and community based organisations.  

Outside his professional responsibilities, Stephen's passion is football (the round ball version), where he still participates actively on a weekly basis and also performs Local, National and International administration of the game.  When not playing on the field, Stephen enjoys his other passion of trout fishing.

Stephen sits on The Club World Cup Committee at FIFA in Zurich, Switzerland.  He also sits on the boards of The Community Gambling Association, Waitakere United Football Club and the Auckland Football Federation.

In October 2012, Stephen was appointed a Justice Of The Peace by the present Government.

Craig Hill – Senior Associate CA

Craig is a foundation staff member of Williamson & Co, having joined the practice in 1994 and becoming a qualified Chartered Accountant in 1997.  Prior to joining Williamson & Co, and while studying part time, Craig worked with the Touche Ross and Hart Saunders accountancy firms.

Craig was appointed a senior associate early in 2011, and during his time here has seen major changes in the practice, with staff numbers increasing, and a growth in the diversity of clients well catered by the practice.

Craig's passion is rugby; in the past he has been a Counties senior A rep, and has represented the union through all grades during the 80's and 90's.  Currently, Craig coaches Karaka premiers.

Karyn Adams – Senior Associate CA

Karyn has grown up at Williamson & Co, being one of the original employees who established the business as a school leaver in 1994.  She has studied through the years to become a qualified Chartered Accountant and is now an associate of Williamson & Co Chartered Accountants.

Raising a young family of three, Karyn now works part time, and concentrates most of her time on the Charity Gaming Sector focusing on management accounting, administration and community funding.

Denise Van Diepen – Senior Accountant CA

Denise is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has been with Williamson & Co for over 10 years.  Working part time, Denise has a wide range of accounting and taxation experience.

Outside work, Denise is kept busy enjoying life with her husband and two daughters.


Claire Sibley – Accountant CA

Claire has a wide range of accounting and taxation experience, beginning her career in BAS before specialising in Taxation at KPMG for several years where she gained her CA.  Claire has also worked in tax software before leaving to raise a family.  Claire chose Williamson & Co to make her return to the workforce, having recently moved into the area.

Claire enjoys travel, reading, exercise and spending time with her young family - including her energetic dog!  

Lesley Fox – Accountant

Lesley joins Williamson & Co after some time away from the industry to pursue other interests.  Lesley's accounting career began in the commercial sector then progressing to a CA environment.  Lesley has a NZIM Diploma in Management, has recently completed a Diploma in Accounting and is now in the process of completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting. 

Lesley has two young children and lives in Clarks Beach.  Lesley takes every opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors - kayaking, cycling, and going on adventures with her family.


Robyn den Breems – Accountant

Robyn and her husband moved from Whakatane to Pukekohe almost 2 years ago.  Robyn has worked in various accounting practices for over 20 years in both Whangarei and Whakatane.  Robyn continued working from home for the company she was employed with in Whakatane on a contract basis.  Her previous employment history also includes working as a PA for a number of different companies in Auckland and Rotorua: architects, advertising, real estate, and forestry industries.  Robyn lives on a lifestyle block here in Pukekohe, and in her spare time enjoys walking, taking their dog to the beach, travelling and spending time with family and friends.   


Jackie Walker - Accountant

Jackie and her family returned to Auckland in 2013 after 15 years of living in Christchurch.  Jackie worked those 15 years based at one CA firm and on returning to Auckland continued to work for them for a further 3 years at home remotely.  Jackie joined the team at Williamson & Co in January 2016. 

Jackie has a teenage daughter and small dog that keep her busy during her spare time.


Jane Virginia - Accountant 

Jane moved to Pukekohe joining her partner in 2015. She has worked in a tax accounting firm in Canberra, Australia after completing a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting. She is passionate about fitness, healthy living and spending as much time as possible with her feet in the sand.


Michele Pieterse - Accountant

Michele has a varied background, having worked in the banking sector, Body Corporate management and accounting firms. Michele recently joined Williamson & Co to pursue her CA qualification. When she is not studying, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and outdoor pursuits.


Beveley Forsman - Practice Administrator

Bev joined the firm in August 2003, applying for the position of 'Office Guru'.  She looks after the debtors and creditors for the firm - if you haven't spoken to her you must be paying your account on time! She also tends to the long list of administration tasks that keeps the business ticking along.

Outside of work you will find her out on her lifestyle block tending to her designer Arapawa sheep. In the summer you may spot her water skiing on the Waikato river, and in the winter whooshing down the slopes in Queenstown.  Bev is also an enthusiastic adventure motorcyclist, being a member of the NGARNZ group with her husband.

Liz Kelly – Receptionist

Liz started working at Williamson & Co in August 2005, and is our vibrant receptionist.  Liz is very familiar with the accounting industry, having spent a number of years working in accounting practices.  Always ready to greet you with a smile and professional and friendly attitude, Liz will always know which person to direct you to. 

An experienced theatre performer, Liz is an animated staff member, often using her workmates as an audience for upcoming productions.

Robyn Price – IT / Administration Team

Robyn is an integral part of the Williamson & Co administration team.  She has been part of the community here for over 15 years, coming to Williamson & Co from the childcare and banking industries.

Robyn has a passion for skiing and gardening; her favourite interest is to spoil her growing gaggle of grandchildren.

Valerie McLaren – IT / Administration Team

Valerie joined Williamson & Co in June 2007, and is primarily responsible for all the Department of Economic Development requirements.  She also provides administrative assistance to the practice and it's clients.

Valerie's three children keep her busy with their various interests.  She enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, and gets out walking and horse riding whenever she can.
